A Safe Space to Practice, Connect, & Be Themselves
Does your teen struggle to make friends, navigate social situations, or feel comfortable being themselves around peers? Our Summer Social Skills Group was designed with neurodivergent teens in mind — a safe, structured, and supportive space where they can practice real-world social skills, make genuine connections, and express themselves freely.
Through shared interests and collaborative LEGO®-based activities, teens work together, communicate, problem-solve, and build the kind of confidence that carries beyond the group.

Who This Group Is For
This group is designed for neurodivergent teens ages 13–15 who want to:
- Practice social skills in a low-pressure, structured environment
- Build friendships with peers who share similar experiences
- Learn to express themselves with confidence
- Feel seen, supported, and understood
Whether your teen has ADHD, autism, anxiety, or another neurodivergent profile, this group meets them where they are.
What Happens in Group
Each session is guided by a licensed mental health clinician and built around structured, interest-based activities — including LEGO® building — that naturally encourage communication, teamwork, and social engagement.
- Practice real social skills in a comfortable, peer-supported setting
- Be themselves without fear of judgment
- Make meaningful connections with other teens
- Receive structured support from a trained professional
- Engage through shared interests and hands-on activities
Sessions are intentionally small — no more than 6 participants — so every teen gets the attention, encouragement, and space they need to grow.
